The lawyers developed legal instruments to measure the ownership structure for the client’s business (Russia and Switzerland) considering the interests of the client and the new investor, for a scientific company.
As a result of implementation of the developed transaction structure, shares in the Swiss company will be allocated between current shareholders and the new investor considering current sanction restrictions

We developed a new ownership structure that allows to receive income from investment activities, which was sanctioned as per previous ownership structure, for a private client, the citizen of an unfriendly state, an investor in the area of collective investment into development projects.
