Successfully delivered projects in protection from recovery of damages

In cooperation with our colleagues of legal practice, we managed to successfully protect the general director of a company from an action for recovery of damages amounting to over 600 mln RUB.

In cooperation with our colleagues of legal practice, we managed to successfully protect the member of the Board of Directors of Yugra Bank JSC from an action for attachment to liability for losses amounting to over 1 bln RUB.

In cooperation with our colleagues of legal practice, we managed to successfully protect the interests of a member of the Management Board of a major bank in the case for recovery of damages amounting to 13 bln RUB.
The project was complicated as this dispute was the third in the history of Russian legal practice, and previously, the trend in judgments on similar two cases was against the top management. Thanks to clearly elaborated position, we managed to establish a new legal practice that will help the managers to protect their rights and avoid illegal recovery of damages in the future.

In scope of support of current activity of CNCEC, corporate practice lawyers provided legal support in conclusion of the EPC contract with Afipsky Refinery Plant LLC that provided for participation of a Chinese construction company in the upgrade of the largest refinery in the south of Russia.
